Vitanova is a home care supply shop operated by West Nord Retail Group LLC from St. Petersburg, FL. We stock sixteen products across three departments — Mobility, Daily Care, and Recovery — and we keep the range deliberately small.

Why a small range

Home care equipment is usually bought under time pressure, frequently on behalf of someone else, and often by a person buying it for the first time. In that situation a vague listing is not merely annoying, it is expensive: a grab rail with no stated weight capacity, a shower chair that does not publish its seat height, a cane that does not say how far it adjusts. You find out after it arrives.

At sixteen products we can publish a genuine specification table for every one. Dimensions in inches, capacity in pounds, materials named, mounting method described, assembly requirements stated, and a list of what is actually in the box. If we cannot fill that table in, we do not stock the product.

What we do not do

We do not publish customer scores or quoted endorsements, because we have no way to verify them and a star average on a mobility aid is no substitute for a published load capacity. We do not print a crossed-out original price next to the real one. We do not run permanent sales.

We also do not offer clinical guidance. We describe how a product is built and what it is rated to do. Whether it is the right choice for a particular person is a conversation for that person and their healthcare professional.

How we price

One number per product. The range runs from $9.99 for the adjustable wrist support brace up to $96.95 for the complete home care bundle. Every product is priced well under five hundred dollars, and the number shown on the product page is the number charged at checkout.

How we ship

Shipping is complimentary on every order, whether it is a box of gauze or a rolling walker. Orders leave our facility within one business day and travel by USPS Priority Mail, generally arriving in two to five business days. We ship within the United States only.

You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused product in its original packaging. Sealed hygiene items cannot be returned once opened — the full list is on the Returns & Refunds page.
