Hot/Cold Gel Pack Set

Two flat rectangular gel packs, one dark blue and one light blue, each printed with its own use instructions on the face so the guidance never gets separated from the pack. Two is the useful number: one stays in the freezer while the other is in use, so there is no waiting for a single pack to re-chill.

Both are filled with a non-toxic gel that stays pliable at freezer temperature instead of setting into a rigid board, so a chilled pack still bends and conforms to a knee, a shoulder or a lower back rather than tenting over it. The same pack goes into a microwave for warm use — heating times are printed directly on the pack.
